Overview

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. in Slovakia on consumer protection in distance selling, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The purchased goods can be returned under the following conditions:

• -The item is unused, unworn, clean, and undamaged, with attached tags and in the original packaging.
• -The product sold as a set must be returned as a whole.
• -The packaging of the products must remain originally sealed.
• -If the product has already been used, withdrawal from the contract and returning the product is not possible.

If a gift was included with the product, the buyer is obligated to return the gift along with the product. The gift must not be unwrapped. If the gift is unwrapped, the seller will refund the buyer the purchase price reduced by the value of the gift.

Recommendations and guidelines

As a buyer, you can inspect the goods to the extent customary in physical stores. Any testing beyond the above may be considered using the product. We recommend carefully opening the packaging and keeping it in an unchanged condition, and ensuring that labels or tags remain attached to the product unless you are entirely convinced that the product meets your expectations. When purchasing clothing and lingerie, please check the correct size by trying on the item over other clothing, not directly on the body.

To meet the 14-day withdrawal period from the contract, it is crucial when the withdrawal from the contract is delivered to us. Delivery is understood as written notification (e.g., email, message) that you want to withdraw from the contract, or the actual delivery of the withdrawal along with the goods. The withdrawal period lasts for 14 calendar days and begins on the day following the receipt. For example, if you receive the goods on Monday, Tuesday is considered the first day of the withdrawal period.

How and where to return the goods

The goods need to be returned with the completed “Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract” form, which was sent to you by email along with the invoice at the time of purchasing the product.

Please pack the returned goods in the packaging/box in which the goods were delivered, including all accessories (e.g., charging cable, etc.). Subsequently, pack the returned goods in another box/package to ensure that the product and the original packaging are not damaged during transportation.
